These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Papi AI mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Hummus Development LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using Papi AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Papi AI is an AI-powered dating assistant. It analyzes screenshots of dating-app conversations, suggests reply options, coaches profile photos, helps you build a dating profile, and translates messages — all using large language models. The Service generates suggestions only; it does not connect users to one another and is not itself a dating platform.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Papi AI. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Papi AI's replies are generated by machine-learning models. Outputs may be inaccurate, outdated, or culturally inappropriate. You are solely responsible for what you choose to send to other people based on Papi AI suggestions. Do not rely on Papi AI for legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
You retain all rights to messages, photos, and other content you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service (including sending it to our AI inference providers). We do not use Your Content to train external models.
The Papi AI app, branding, prompts, code, and design are owned by Hummus Development LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific outcome will result from using it.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMMUS DEVELOPMENT LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hummus Development LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of (i) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (ii) Your Content, or (iii) your interactions with other people resulting from messages you sent.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 4-9 and 11-13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not required to be arbitrated below shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may revise these Terms. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
