By downloading, accessing, or using Papi AI ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Papi AI is

Papi AI is an AI-powered conversation assistant designed to help adults communicate in dating and social contexts. All replies, suggestions, and analyses are generated by artificial intelligence, not by humans. Papi AI is not a real person, a licensed therapist, or a relationship counselor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Papi AI. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Papi AI to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, deceive, or harm any person.
• Generate or send sexually explicit content involving minors, or content depicting non-consensual acts.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in a way that harms them.
• Manipulate, coerce, or exploit anyone emotionally, financially, or sexually.
• Engage in any illegal activity or violate the terms of service of any dating platform you use Papi AI alongside.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts, models, or data.

4. Your responsibility for messages you send

Papi AI provides suggestions. You decide what to send to real people. You are solely responsible for any message, photo, or content you choose to send based on Papi AI's suggestions. We are not liable for outcomes of conversations you conduct with third parties.

5. AI limitations

AI suggestions may be inaccurate, contextually wrong, culturally insensitive, or offensive. Papi AI does not understand the people you describe; it works from the text and images you provide. Treat all suggestions as a starting point, not a guarantee.

6. Content rights

You retain ownership of the messages and images you submit. By submitting them, you grant Hummus Development LLC a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your inputs and do not use them to train models.

The Papi AI brand, app design, and prompt engineering are owned by Hummus Development LLC.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Papi AI is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hummus Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using Papi AI at any time and delete your data via Settings → Reset everything.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
